First of All, What Is The Empower Network?

The Empower Network isn’t designed to be a Network Marketing business. And, it’s not designed to replace anyone’s core business.

It is designed to give you the ability to leverage Dave Sharpe’s lead conversion and email skill, and David Wood’s content, traffic and sales ability. Plus, it gives you a process that converts – regardless of whether you understand the sales psychology in action or not.

All you have to do is blog daily – follow the 3 step formula – and when you make a sale, you get paid directly.

The model is superior in every way to traditional online sales processes, and has allowed a startling number of people all over the world to recruit more into their primary network marketing business, and simplify their online marketing process into ONE TASK:

Getting Traffic.

The Empower Network team will work on improving sales conversions, and we’re investing an extraordinary amount of money into a stable and efficient internet structure, and social technology to advance your business fast.

You just have to focus on getting traffic – and we’ll make sure than WHEN you do, we’ll help you recruit more, profit more, and live a simpler life.

There are some things that we’re doing a bit different that have attracted some criticism, and I wanted to answer them one by one:

Objection #1: If you’re paying out 100% of the revenue in commissions, how is your company making money?

Great questionwhat’s in it for Dave and I?  First of all – creating a front end loss and making money on the back end is a proven model from the largest social networks in the world – so even if we were going to do nothing else than profit on tools and resources on the back end, it’s already a proven, sustainable model.

The company will profit from three areas:

  1. The exposure of the Empower Network will open up opportunity for Dave Sharpe, Myself, and core leaders to forge relationships with other large companies, allowing us to leverage our knowledge and create strategic business relationships that were never possible before – we also want to open up these opportunities to all of the leaders within our organization, giving you the chance to change your life and align yourself with some of the most influential minds in the world.
  2. The way the passup compensation system works – although it is a VERY REAL possiblity that we will have people within the Empower Network that will out earn the entire company – it is inevitable that more than enough sales of our regular products will pass to the company to make it profitable enough to sustain the entire business model – and pay for technological expansion.  If you want a mathematical breakdown of this, I would be happy to do it.  In other words – the compensation plan is written to be equal to everyone, including ourselves, except where there is no one that is there to pass a sale up, it defaults to the company – again, that is the same way it works for every affiliate, but mathematically it is a sound financial model.
  3. We’ll make a profit by marketing like everyone else.  Outside of the Empower Network, I own a couple of other large businesses, and the majority of traffic will be fed directly into the Empower Network, because it’s the most profitable thing that I have available for sale.
  4. There will be opportunities to create tools, advertising campaigns, training seminars, and other low cost tools where we can create small profit margins – large enough to sustain and make the company thrive.

In other words – don’t worry about how we’re making money, we’re smart business people – our goal is to help YOU live a more empowered life, and expand your business faster, with more simplicity, and to give you the additional training you need.

Objection 2: Why are you having people get merchant accounts? Isn’t that risky?

Great question – the answer is actually the opposite.

The reality is – there is no way we could afford to pay 100% commissions if there wasn’t a model where people were paying each other directly.

For example – if I charge a customer – there is a minimal fee of about 2%, plus per transaction fees, plus customer service and maintenance fees.

If I only have 95% of the revenue – and I pay you 100%, there’s a net loss of 5%, which is not a sustainable business model.  That’s not even considering a check writing department, check writing fees, and other areas.  However, if you get a merchant account – you pay the 2% transaction fee (or whatever it is) and then keep the rest of the revenue.

Because your customer ‘bypassed’ the company in payment – we can effectively pay out 100% of the revenue, and you make money the same way Mike Dillard and Jonathan Budd do from their own product lines.

I also believe that because we’re asking people to be responsible merchants, and learn to run a real business, that it will dramatically increase our retention and decrease chargebacks.   We’re trying to teach people – as best as we can, to be ‘ethical’ business people and to learn to run a real company.

The other advantage to a merchant account, is that it allows affiliates to have funds deposited into their bank accounts directly, bypassing a wait time.

On a marketing level – this allows someone who is using the Empower Network as a ‘front end’ marketing funnel to ‘scale’ their marketing efforts out immediately, and re-invest profits back into advertising.

Because we are doing a 100% front end revenue share on ALL of our core products, the advertising is more cost effective to the affiliate and allows them to do things that traditional payment models cannot.

I believe that forging a long term merchant relationship will increase retention, increase commitment, and increase success, while reducing refund requests, chargebacks, and weeding out people who really shouldn’t be in business, anyways.

It is a SOUND model.

I have also noticed that people FEEL GOOD when they have a merchant account – it increases confidence in the validity of what they are doing – and the results of that are reflected in our growth.

Plus, we’re able to earn a small amount (very small) from merchant referrals – becoming a small, but important profit center to sustain our company growth.

If you’re an affiliate and you have a problem with that – keep in mind that your monthly overhead is about $125 per month at the highest leve, and ours, this month is over $40,000 :)

Overall, openness, honesty, and integrity are at the forefront of our message, and we want to teach people not just how to think like a real business owner, but how to BE one, and then they can build whatever core Network Marketing business or service business they want on the back end of the funnel – because we give access to all of the member data for the people you personally refer.

Objection #3: What value is there aside from ‘getting money’?  Is this a Ponzi Scheme?

Lol.  I had to cover this one :)

Keep in mind, that the essential difference between a Ponzi scheme and Network Marketing is the actual value of the product offering.  The value of what we do essentially boils down into three categories:

1.  Business Simplicity. No setup, no technical overwhelm – get in, start blogging, get traffic, and that’s it.  Our system will do the rest, and we’ll help you to build whatever business you’re in faster.  Don’t worry about hosting, domain names, FTP access, or any of the other nonsense – just get in, and let us help you to market and sell through our proven, split tested pages and funnels that are setup, automatically.

2.  Ongoing marketing training. We’ll teach you what the people are doing who are making it happen, by audio interviews, webinars, conference calls, and events.  We’ll train your people, so you don’t have to – we want to help you build a ‘hands free’ business by giving value to your community.

3.  Exposure. Because of the size of our database, there’s tremendous opportunity for ongoing exposure for you, your ideas, and your business if you want to align with us, we want to align with you – let us HELP you make more money, add to your business, and add to the vision of what you do.

4. 100% Revenue Sharing. I have to mention it.  Because we’re paying out ALL of the money on our core products – you have access to the same money that the company does, without the overhead and headaches.  You can create a dramatically larger front end profit to re-invest back into your marketing, proven by the sheer amount of success stories that we’ve already have.  Let us do all the selling, the hard conversions, and the site optimization and ‘technical’ aspects.

5.  Optimized, automatic Capture Pages and Funnels. Our capture pages are optimized for lead conversions, and are right now converting at about 50% – the sales video is converting at over 20%.  When someone finds your blog and opts in – you keep the leads, and we’ll help sell them – when we do, you keep 100% commissions, deposited directly via your merchant account in the USA – or PayPal internationally.

You just focus on the traffic and marketing – and you can keep all of the money.  I WANT to help people out earn the company – because I know that helping YOU make a lot of money in your business will increase retention.
